The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Steven Covey - I was in grade 10 when I first read a self-help book and it was this one. My dad just put the book on my pillow. Maybe because I was quite a difficult teenager at the time and fought a lot with my mother. He probably wanted to try to penetrate me in a different way and it worked, hear! This book made me addicted to self-help books. This is definitely where my love for self-promotion, introspection, as well as my interest in the human heart and psyche, began. This book is such a fantastic gift for any teenager. For those who are already in their teens but would still like to learn from Covey's principles, there is also an adult version, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman - I read the book in high school because I firmly believed it would help me find my fiancé. What it does do is identify and understand your and others' love language. It explains to you how people differ in the way we show, notice and also want to receive love. It has already saved so many marriages and relationships - not only between husband and wife, but also in families and friendships. I would especially recommend this book to couples. When it comes to people and relationships, I also like to recommend Fascinating Womanhood by Helen Andelin. The book was given to me by one of my best friends and mentors, dr. Gerdi van den Berg (her own book You Can Changeis also a MUST READ). In Fascinating Womanhood , you as a woman learn how to love your husband in a way he will notice and understand - it's really revolutionary, yet so old-fashioned in principle.
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle - if you're as strong L2 as I am in Kobus Neethling's Brain Profile (go read more about that!), You'll really want to plan everything in your life. The truth is, however, as the Word of the Lord also says, that what was and what is to come is nothing compared to what IS, and that one can only plan to a certain extent. One can also not go back in time and change things. Therefore, one must learn to embrace what IS. That's what The Power of Now is aboutgo. Eckhart Tolle managed it so beautifully to teach me to celebrate what I am now and have. If I show up in the present and be present, worry and anxiety will diminish the day after tomorrow. The book is a must-read for anxious and neurotic people. Echkart Tolle's potluck series with Oprah, which also deals with the book, is a must-listen after or while you read the book. The potluck helps to make some of the more difficult concepts digestible and more understandable.
Other books that also make you think and broaden your thinking are The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and The Monk Who Sold his Ferrari by one of my favorite mentors and life coaches , Robin Sharma. His short videos on Instagram and short podcasts are also definitely a must for those who like self-mastery and self-promotion.

What is one of the best investments you have ever made?
It can be time, money, energy, etc. be.
The time I have already spent in my friends and family. They are my "tribe of mentors" and my council as I call them. Without them, I definitely would not have been where I am or have survived what I have.
What is an unusual habit you have, or something seemingly absurd that you really like to do?
This question, in a single word, can be summed up for me in gratitude and the living out of it. My mother suffered from Alzheimer's. For this reason, I have learned the habit of thanking Dear Jesus for small things I can do myself - to be able to go to the bathroom, to be able to recall and remember something, to never wish away a memory not. The book, The Magic, also instilled in me the habit of always saying thank you to cleaners; in the mall, at the airport, wherever! The joy it brings to their faces makes my day every time. We are so prone to complain when a public place is dirty, but do we ever say thank you when it is cleaned? Thank you thank you thank you!
In the last five years, what new view or habit has improved your life the most?
Without a doubt the habit of leading a life of gratitude and keeping a gratitude journal . I use it to write down 10 things daily for which I am grateful. It puts you on a "frequency of receiving" and prevents you from becoming a victim - your thoughts and what you are meditating on are invaluable.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do to overcome it?
I first ask myself what it is that is stressing or overwhelming me, and whether it is something I can control. If it is not, I have to decide to accept it and start focusing on the other things that are true and good in my life right now. If this is something I can control, I ask myself what I can do to change or improve it. Then I make an action list and prioritize the order in which things should happen. After that, I jump in and just start. I calm down when I have lists of things to do. I use the notes feature on my phone, and tick off each task as I progress. It brings me a lot of joy and makes me feel I am more or less in control of my things.
If I just feel sad or emotional, I pour myself a glass of wine and sit down somewhere where I can look at nature and name for myself everything I have to be thankful for. I also think about what it is that makes me sad and then I ask myself why and what can I do about it to let the feelings go. It also helps me a lot to discuss it with my boyfriend, girlfriends, or family members. They always give me perspective and help me make sense of my feelings. Sometimes you just need that person to bounce things off, because sometimes we become too subjectively involved in our own thoughts and see things not for what they really are, but for the facade we have created in our head.

Ko Moo-chi and Ba-reum finally found the location of Sung Yo-han. Ba-reum and Yo-han fight, both dying. Bar-reum's head is hit hard against the wall multiple times, while Yo-han is shot and killed instantly.
Ba-reum, who was in critical condition at the time, had problems with his brain. The poor man has to undergo a forebrain transplant operation which will be replaced with Yo-han's brain.
It turned out that the one who performed the brain transplant operation itself was Han Seo-joon, a psychopath who was sentenced to life in prison.
