After previously being successful with The Mandalorian series, Disney and LucasFilm will use this momentum to release another Star Wars series that is no less interesting, namely The Book of Boba Fett. This Star Wars spin-off series will focus on fan-favorite character Boba Fett, who previously made a surprise appearance in The Mandalorian Season 2 (2020). In the later series, Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) will be accompanied by Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) who will help him become the leader of the new underworld.
Boba Fett himself was originally a bounty hunter who worked for the Underworld crime boss Jabba the Hut who was told to die in the film Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (1983). Since then the underworld criminals have lost their leader, so Boba tries to fill the position by regrouping the underworld criminals. The Book of Boba Fett series will be directed by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, and many more. Ahead of its release, recently, The Book of Boba Fett released its newest trailer.
The trailer footage begins with Boba Fett returning to Jabba Palace on Planet Tatooine. Then another trailer briefly shows how Boba meets underworld criminals, possibly he will invite them to restore Jabba's territory on Tatooine. At the end of the trailer, Boba and Fennec see a cage in Jabba Palace, which was previously filled with lizard monsters called Rancor. It is not yet known whether the terrible monster is still in its cage or not.

Not even a month since the series premiered on Netflix, the latest news from The Hollywood Reporter says that Netflix has officially canceled the live-action Cowboy Bebop series. That means, this series only runs for one season and it is certain that there will be no continuation. Most likely this happened because the series received a lot of negative responses from fans and critics, where the results were in stark contrast to the huge budget spent by Netflix for the production and promotion of the series.
Although the news of this cancellation was widely expected, many fans were still quite surprised. This is because the ending of the Cowboy Bebop series was originally intended to be continued with Season 2. At the end of the series, a new character named Ed (Eden Perkins) appears who in the anime is one of the Cowboy Bebop crew. He tells Spike that the next fugitive they must catch is Volaju aka Butterfly Man, the villain who was first described in the anime film Cowboy Bebop: The Movie (2001).
The cancellation of an anime adaptation by Netflix is not the first time this has happened, previously in 2017 Netflix also canceled the series adaptation of Death Note, which both failed to satisfy fan expectations. And in the future Netflix still has several other anime adaptation plans, including Avatar: The Last Airbender and One Piece. Pete Davidson is gearing up for a thriller!
